In Nae Taekwon-Do is growing! By the time we have our next test, our Intermediate/Advanced classes may exceed the capacity of our designated room on Saturdays (and Chilson does not have a bigger room available for us). We are exploring avenues to grow and better serve you. Please note that the Beginner Classes will remain at the Chilson Center, regardless!
We would appreciate your honest responses to the following survey. The survey will only take a few minutes. We ask that the person/people most likely to transport students complete the survey. In the event of split families, and both sides transporting a student, we ask that each parent complete a survey. Your responses will remain anonymous.

Question Title

* 4. If In Nae secured another location for the Intermediate/Advanced classes, what days of the week would you prefer? (select all that apply)

Question Title

* 5. Is there a day of the week that would absolutely NOT work for you? (you may select more than one)

Question Title

* 6. On a weeknight, what time would work best for you/your family? (you may select more than one)

Question Title

* 7. On the weekends, what time works best for you? (you may pick more than one)

Question Title

* 8. Some facilities offer classes several times a week. Students may then come to the classes that work best for them. Students pay for how many times a week they come to class. (If you/your student intends on coming 3 times/week, they are charged for 3 times a week for the month. Next month, if your schedule is busier, you could do 2 times a week. No refunds would be given if you sign up for 3 days but only come 2. If you sign up for 2 days a week, but want to come 3 times, a fee would apply). This gives some flexibility for classes, but also allows students who attend more often to advance faster.
Would you prefer this type of schedule?
(Please note that it is a Maum Sin Yong expectation that students green belt and above consistently attend class at least two times/week to advance.)

Question Title

* 9. We appreciate your time and business very much. Thank you for helping us evaluate our ability to grow at this time. Sincerely, Mrs. and Mr. Shirley
