While the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District (BID) serves all property owners, commercial tenants and residents within the district, only registered members may vote, elect and serve as members of the BID's Board of Directors. According to our bylaws, registered members are Property Owners, Commercial Tenants, and Residential Tenants within the District that have filled out a membership registration card. "B" Commercial Tenant - A principal or equivalent of the CFO for each business establishment within the District.

"C" Residential Tenant - Persons who reside in a building within the District.

"D" Elected Officials - The Mayor, Comptroller, Manhattan Borough President, City Council Member & their representatives.

"E" Non-Voting - Person with significant interest in the District, but not qualifying for Class A, B, C or D membership.
