The UTMSU Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place in-person on Wednesday, November 20 from 6PM-9PM (ET). Meeting location will be in the Instructional Centre, IB150.

This form is designated for UTMSU members interested in attending the upcoming AGM. All fields must be filled before submitting this form.
