Intro

CT Area Health Education Center (AHEC) is collecting information on students who have participated in the UST/AHEC Scholars Program as they move forward in their educational and professional journeys. This information will be de-identified and used to report program outcomes and activities to our funders, as well as develop future alumni activities. This survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
