The U.S. Payments Forum’s Testing & Certification Working Committee is seeking feedback from all payments stakeholders familiar with Level 3 (L3) testing and certification. Level 3 testing aims to validate the integration of an EMV® payment terminal with its acceptance infrastructure to ensure the interoperability of an end-to-end EMV transaction. All the major payment networks have now adopted the EMV framework for L3 testing and certification with the intent to streamline and simplify it and your feedback will be instrumental in helping us understand the impact this change has had on your L3 testing and certification activities. Please note that this is an anonymous survey.
