CEDS 2021 Community Participation Survey

The Upper Minnesota Valley Regional Development Commission needs your help to map out the direction that economic development in our region should go for the next 5 years. This economic roadmap is also known as a Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (aka CEDS). The CEDS is broke up into 4 main focus groups (aka cornerstones) to help us better identify and classify the issues and goals for the communities in our region. 

These include:

1) Community Resources

2) Human Capital

3) Economic Competitiveness

4) Foundational Assets

Please go through the survey and answer all of the questions. It will take about 10 minutes to complete. As we write the CEDS, your input is crucial to help the UMVRDC see different views of the people in our communities and how we can work together to help better the lives of all of the communities in our region.
