King's Daughters Health Foundation is very happy to consider AED applications from everyone again this year for 2025. However AEDs will be awarded to those with the biggest need in our communities. Priorities include:
  • First responders, especially in rural areas
  • 24/7 organizations
  • Organizations without an AED
  • Organizations who have a responsible plan for care, storage, testing and maintenance of the AED
  • Organizations in the following counties:
    • In Kentucky: Boyd, Carter, Elliott, Floyd, Greenup, Johnson, Lawrence, Lewis, Martin
    • In Ohio: Lawrence, Scioto

Please note if awarded an AED, a signed agreement is required attesting to training and maintenance. Please take your time completing this application as it will help us assess those with the greatest need. For questions, please contact Scott Hill at scott.hill@kdmc.kdhs.us or by phone at (606) 408-0455.

Applications must be received by Friday, February 7.
