Have previously obtained pre-approval of your internship, see here for details.
Completed CNST2351 Estimating I with a grade of C or better,
Completed a minimum of 400 hours of internship work (if less than 400 hours but more than 200 hrs, please have the employer confirm with the CM program that it is a limited-term internship).

If you meet ALL of the above requirements, please proceed below. If you have any question, please let us know.

Before can be enrolled in CNST3185 internship course, students MUST SUBMIT this Enrollment Request form. Once your submission is received, the CM program will verify your records and contact your supervisor for your performance evaluation.

Your feedback will also be used to evaluate training quality of employers and help us to further improve the internship program. Please note that your feedback is CONFIDENTIAL and will NOT be shared with the employer.
