Goalie Application

Completion of this application form does not guarantee acceptance to the limited enrolment Turning Pro Coaching program.  Successful goalies will be offered a telephone/Skype interview so we can make sure it is the right fit.

If you give one word or one sentence answers without putting thought into it, your application will immediately be rejected.

This is a 12-month online coaching program.

If you are not willing to do the training necessary to reach your potential, then it is not going to be the right fit.

If you are not willing to work with me so I can create the programs that will get you the best results on the ice (it is different for everyone and I need your feedback), then it is not going to be the right fit.

If however, you are serious about seeing just how far you can go as a goalie, regardless of your current level of play (yes, even if you are "just a beer leaguer" or "just a AA goalie") AND you are prepared to follow a proven system, do the work and join me in a partnership to get you where you want to go, it is going to be a perfect fit.
