Breathe Training Notification 2023-2025

Please complete the following information to notify Health Ed Pros of each upcoming Breathe training. If needed, you can also request Breathe kit materials (bag, flipchart, parent and children's activities booklets, and magnets) for your training.

*Keep in mind that resources are limited and kits should not be provided to every training participant. A good rule of thumb is 1 Breathe Kit for your site contact and 1 kit for every 5 training participants OR 1 kit per building if your Head Start/Partner has multiple locations. Breathe kits are only to be given out to those who complete the Initial Breathe Training. When conducting a Breathe Refresher, new kits should only be supplied if that partner needs to replace specific items or staff numbers have increased. Consider giving magnets to training participants as a fun giveaway. Also, be sure to provide the link to the For Partners webpage so training participants have access to all the Breathe materials online.
