Welcome to the B2 Neighborhood Survey
Your feedback is important to your Planning Board as we build an area plan for the development of the B2 Business District - Upper State Road. B2 is significant to the economic vitality of Tisbury, with over 128 acres of commercially zoned land positioned between two major roads - State Road and the VH-EDG Road.
Current zoning in the B2 district allows for a wide range of purposes including light industrial, commercial or business use such as retail, restaurants, and offices, solar arrays, and multi-family housing, but severely limits mixed use or housing above a business, aka 'top of shop' housing.
This survey will ask what you think about this area, how you currently use the district, and what you think should be done to improve upon it's use.
