The Thrive Coalition has two work streams, led by members of the Executive Committee, that focus on the coalition's strategic priorities and goals.

The work streams are divided as follows:

Political Will & Advocacy Work Stream:
this workstream's priorities include focusing advocacy efforts on appropriations, increasing ECD champions on the Hill, and building relationships with relevant bureaus and agencies.

Technical Implementation Work Stream:
this workstream's priorities include disseminating information about the GCTA and seeking to influence USG programming to include ECD through technical offices and missions by sharing good practices and evidence. It will prioritize lending expertise for technical guidance and indicator development, and providing input on policies and strategies, as needed.
