The McCarl Scorecard |
What is The McCarl Scorecard?
The McCarl Scorecard serves as a functional diagnostic tool used to gain insight into your organization by breaking it down into five key areas:
1. Hazard
2. Operational
3. Financial
4. Strategic
5. Education
2. Operational
3. Financial
4. Strategic
5. Education
Each is broken down into sub-categories and then further into specific inquiries. The assessment was based on over 40 years of hands-on, real-world mechanical contracting business experience.
This is not an arbitrary template consisting of cookie-cutter questions copied from an MBA textbook. All aspects of the McCarl Scorecard are meant to evaluate your company's core competencies and assess the risk therein. Each key area is categorized in one of three ways:
1. Planned/Measured
2. Situational/Periodic
3. Rarely Considered
2. Situational/Periodic
3. Rarely Considered
A strategy session will be scheduled to deliver and review the results upon completion.
