SPAAR Tenant Protections Feedback Survey

The S.A.F.E. (Stable, Accessible, Fair, and Equitable) Housing Tenant Protections are a set of five policies for the City of Saint Paul. The five policies include
1. Tenant Rights and Responsibilities Information 
2. A Security Deposit Limit
3. Tenant Screening Guidelines
4. Just Cause Notice
5. Advance Notice of Sale
