What payments technology has been helpful to merchants during COVID?
In the past 6 months, COVID has dramatically changed the retail space. Companies are adapting and supporting their merchants, clients, and customers' needs accordingly. This survey looks to better understand those needs and how our industry has responded to changing behaviors and was designed to get feedback from payments industry professionals working closely with merchants and those on the ground.
This survey was created by ETA’s Technology Committee to better understand what technology has been useful to the payments industry during COVID. Results will be shared in aggregated form with members upon request. This survey takes under 5 minutes to complete.
