About the Teaching Epidemiology Joint Network
The Teaching Epidemiology is a joint initiative of the Australasian Epidemiology Association and the Council of Academic Public Health Institutions Australasia. The Joint Network is Co-Chaired by Professor Lisa Hall, Associate Professor Linda Murray and Dr Davoud Pourmarzi. The Aim of the Teaching Epidemiology Joint Network is to improve the quality of teaching epidemiology in university settings

Objectives include:

1) Create opportunities for sharing knowledge and skills in teaching epidemiology among members;
2) Host professional development sessions around emerging topics in epidemiology and biostatistics;
3) Design and facilitate activities to promote the best practice in teaching epidemiology; and
4) Facilitate collaborations in teaching epidemiology among members.

Eligibility:
We invite educators from any of the CAPHIA member institutions OR those with an AEA membership to join.
