Student Center Solicitation & Donation/Collection Box Request Form |
Any type of fundraising, petitioning, canvassing, distribution of materials, membership drives, demonstrating, recruiting, or collecting inside the Student Center will be required to reserve a solicitation space through Student Center Event Services.
It's the department/organization responsibility to read and abide by the Student Center's Solicitation & Donation/Collection Box Policies.
*Solicitation space must be scheduled at least two (2) full business days prior to proposed date.
*Solicitation space requested by RSOs and University Departments must be canceled at least two (2) full business days prior to the reservation date for a refund to be provided.

*Standard solicitation space (other than The Exchange) is 1 - 6 foot table with 2 chairs. This will be set by Student Center staff. If additional setup is needed, describe in last question.
