There are certain standing postures that I consider essential.  You will see these in most classes:  Warrior II, Side Angle, Triangle, Warrior I, Pyramid and Standing Wide Legged Forward Fold.  However, there are certain standing poses that you see less frequently, which of these do you want to work on?

* 4. We will always work on Cobra, Bridge and Wheel, but what other back bends do you want to work on?

* 5. There are certain seated postures and forward bends that are more accessible to most people: Seated Tree, Revolved Seated Tree, Seated Wide Leg Forward Fold, Seated Twist. You will always see these in class.  But, what other seated postures would you like to see and work on?
