Stage and Screen 'Journey to Face The Music' Prize Entry Form

The Stage and Screen Journey To Face The Music Prize will be awarded to one (1) Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island artist or group who reside outside of Victoria to attend and showcase at Face The Music 2017. The prize consists of the following:
 
·      Full Face The Music summit passes for all members
·      One Face The Music showcase performance opportunity
·      Return flights for the artist or group to travel to Melbourne from their closest airport
·      Two nights accommodation at a central Melbourne location
·      Transfers to and from Melbourne Airport

Eligibility requirements:

1.     The artist must be:
a.     a person of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent, or
b.     a group that is fronted by a person of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent, or
c.     a group that contains a minimum 50% of people of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Island descent.
2.     The artist must reside outside of Victoria.
3.     The artist can be of any age or gender.
4.     The artist must be available to attend and showcase at Face The Music on 23 and 24 November 2017.
5.     In the event that the winner of the competition is under the age of 18 years, a guardian over the age of 18 must accompany the winner at the guardian’s expense.
6.     No replacement will be offered in the event that the prize cannot be claimed on the stipulated date.
7.     The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
8.     Judges’ decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Applications close at 5:00pm AEST on Tuesday 17 October 2017.
