Welcome to the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory Index.

This survey aims to examine teachers' wellbeing and its impact on the quality of education. The survey is part of the Teacher Wellbeing and Career Observatory initiative with the mission to conduct ongoing research and provide policy and practice recommendations for the empowerment of the teaching profession, engaging all key stakeholders in education.

The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 8 minutes for you to complete. Your participation is greatly appreciated and your contribution is valuable for promoting teacher wellbeing and empowering teachers in their professional growth and career advancement.
