Commonwealth of Kentucky Stakeholder Survey
for the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and Fair Housing Plan

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Housing Authority (KHA), is undertaking the development of the 2025-2029 Consolidated Plan and a Fair Housing Plan. The Commonwealth of Kentucky receives funds each year from the federal government to invest in low- and moderate- income (LMI) communities. A Consolidated Plan is required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) every five years.
