In late 2020, the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District (KPBSD) will begin bargaining negotiations with the Kenai Peninsula Education Association (KPEA), and the Kenai Peninsula Education Support Association (KPESA). The process includes items for discussion such as compensation, employee benefits, health care, and work environment that one or both sides want to address for possible revision.
