SDASA COVID-19 NOVEL CORONAVIRUS SURVEY – A CASE OF SEVENTH-DAY ADVENTIST CHURCH IN SOUTHERN AFRICA
BACKGROUND
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ
SDASA is conducting an exploratory study on ‘COVID-19 novel coronavirus survey – A case of Seventh-day Adventist Church in Southern Africa’. Given that you are a relevant stakeholder who is knowledgeable on this subject, you have been chosen to participate in this study. This interview aims to acquire your insights about COVID-19 novel coronavirus challenges and interventions within the Seventh-day Adventist Church community in Southern Africa. SDASA is therefore kindly requesting you to participate in this study. SDASA also requests to obtain consent from you on your willingness to fill in this online questionnaire. The online questionnaire responses are anonymous and cannot be linked to any participants. No personal details are recorded in this survey to protect your integrity.
Your input is important and will be used to assist the Church to understand the challenges of COVID-19 novel coronavirus better. It will also enable the Church to develop interventions and strategies that are sustainable to ensure that local churches are empowered and responsive to function optimally under these perilous times.
The survey will remain active and it should be completed in one session to avoid being lost. Your responses will be submitted to the SDASA leadership at the end of the study to be analysed and finalised.
