MVTA is proposing a routing change for Route 420 and would like to hear from riders. Route 420 serves the cities of Apple Valley and Rosemount. New routing would reach more riders, increase the number of destinations served, and allow access to MVTA’s 157th St Station. The new routing would also result in faster, more direct bus service between Rosemount and Apple Valley.
