Donate a product for a gift basket drawing, Fri Sept 28th at time of drop offs

Have a community information table, no sales

This juried event seeks to highlight Island Grown and Made products, including painting and photographs of our rural agricultural landscapes and lifestyle. The curatorial committee is looking for a diversity of materials and mediums. The lobby and Madrona room will be used to house this show through November 16th, with exhibits selected on a space available basis.

7.If selected to participate, I agree that (select all that apply):

I will drop off selected works at the Madrona Room in the Orcas Center on Sept 28th at 9am.

If a member of the Orcas Center, I will contribute 30% of sales to the Orcas Center.

If not a member of the Orcas Center, I will contribute 40% of sales to the Orcas Center.

Provide 1-3 photographs of my work for possible inclusion in event promotion.

When any works sell, I will provide a replacement piece if requested by the Makers Guild.

I will pick up remaining works on November 16th by noon or arrange for them to be picked up.

I will be present to set up my community information table between 2:30 and 3:30pm

ENTRIES are accepted on an ongiong basis. Final due date is Mon., September 19th. To complete your entry, submit this form and then please email 1-3 images of your work, under 1MB per image, to support@sanjuanmakersguild.com. We will review your entry and respond no later than Wed., September 21st. Sales are handled by Orcas Center, including tax, with the artist/artisan's share issued with in 30 days after show ends.
