Why Your Feedback is Important
The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) collaborated with stakeholders to develop the Telehealth Readiness Assessment Tool (tool).  This survey is intended to assess usefulness of the tool in assisting users to implement or expand telehealth services.

Directions
