Trailblazers Audience Survey

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Trailblazers.

The film is complemented by an impact campaign to drive support for gender equality and leadership, and to increase investment and opportunities for women and girls to participate in sport at all levels.

This survey is being administered by Documentary Australia, a not-for-profit organisation working with Trailblazers to create positive social change and your responses help us to understand audience response to the film and will inform our evaluation and reporting of the it's impact.

The survey should take about 5 minutes to complete and all responses will remain confidential, however some de-identified excerpts from open-ended responses may be used in reporting or marketing.
