We're looking to learn about how this site can be useful for you.
The questions should take about 5 minutes to answer, and your participation is voluntary. You can withdraw from the survey at any time. A decision not to participate will have no effect on your relationship with MSD or the Change is Possible team, or continued involvement with our services.
This survey will be available for 12 weeks until Thursday 15 May 2025.
We don't collect any personal information that enables us to identify you and your responses will stay completely anonymous. Please do not enter any personal details in the text fields provided in the survey.
The information you give us will be used by MSD and shared with our research partner Verian. Survey responses, submissions and feedback from engagement sessions will be reviewed and analysed for common themes. This will help us improve the website's experience and our support services. These will be presented in such a way that you will not be identified.
Your information is safe with us. All the collected information is safely stored within MSD and can only be accessed by authorised members of the Change is Possible team.
Once the data collection is completed and the insights have been produced and presented, all your data will be deleted from our data storage.
