Welcome to the 2022 Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand biennial survey. This survey provides the Association with important information to assist the Executive with strategic planning, and also provides you with information to benchmark your remuneration alongside practices of a similar profile.

Welcome to the 2022 Practice Managers and Administrators Association of New Zealand biennial survey. This survey provides the Association with important information to assist the Executive with strategic planning, and also provides you with information to benchmark your remuneration alongside practices of a similar profile.
We believe this is an invaluable tool in identifying current levels of remuneration as well as potential disparity.
As this is the tenth survey we have conducted we now have empirical data which enables us to better understand the changes that have occurred in the health sector.
The results of the survey will be available free of charge to PMAANZ members. Non-members will be able to access the report for a fee of $175.00(incl GST). For a copy of the report or membership inquiries please contact admin@pmaanz.org.nz .
All individual responses are unidentifiable.
Instructions:
* Please complete the survey on-line and save by 5pm, Friday 10 July 2022. This survey should take no longer than 15 minutes to complete and must be completed in one session.
* Please answer ALL the questions, and as honestly as you can.
* Please take the time to provide feedback in the comments section at the end, as this helps us to better understand your responses. Please note that these qualitative comments may be used in their entirety, in the collated feedback.
