  • In order to participate in the program, you must be a Member in Good Standing of the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce, offer goods or services to citizens and visitors of the Muskegon Lakeshore community and sign up for the Lakeshore Community Cash Gift Certificate Portal.
  • You will be reimbursed 92% of the face value of each certificate approximately 14 days from the date the certificate is redeemed at your location. You must redeem the certificate through the Merchant Portal by entering the six-digit code or by scanning the QR Code located on the certificate with the MerchScan mobile application.
  • You may either issue store credit or give cash back for any unused portion of the certificate.
  • Each certificate will expire five years after the date of issuance.
  • Your business name will be included on the list of participating businesses that will be distributed with each gift certificate purchase.
  • A one-time $50 set-up fee must be paid prior to becoming a Lakeshore Community Cash merchant.

I agree to honor all valid Lakeshore Community Cash Gift Certificates issued through the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce presented at my business, until such time that I submit, in writing, a request to withdraw from the program. I have read the foregoing and agree to the terms of the program outlined above. I further understand that the Muskegon Lakeshore Chamber of Commerce may change the terms of the program from time to time without my consent, so long as I receive written notice prior to such changes.
