This anonymous survey seeks to understand the workforce and education needs and competencies of those involved and/or interested in the Thirty Meter Telescope's Partnership.  This information will be used to build Workforce, Education, Public Outreach, and & Communication strategies that are customized for each country or institution in the TMT Partnership (Japan, India, China, Canada, Caltech, and the University of California).
