TMPAA Student Talent Committee Mission Statement:
The Target Markets Program Administrators Association's Student Committee is dedicated to addressing the talent shortage in the Program insurance industry through proactive initiatives aimed at attracting, recruiting, and developing the next generation of skilled professionals. Our mission is to engage with students and universities to fill the current talent gap and to cultivate a dynamic, diverse, and innovative workforce capable of navigating the challenges and opportunities presented by the modern Program insurance landscape.
