The scoring is based on one the following scores:
1 = Don’t have
2 = Started but intermittently at the Project Level
3 = Started but intermittently at the Line of Business level
4 = Implemented across the enterprise but needs improvement
5 = Successfully implemented across the enterprise and works well
Rating:
1 = Don’t have - 1 Point
2 = Started but intermittently at the Project Level - 2 Points
3 = Started but intermittently at the Line of Business level - 3 Points

In the Assessment score, we will summarize your Data Modeling Best Practices answers based on the following percentages:
0% – 25% = Discovery Phase
26% – 50% = Beginning Phase
51% – 75% = Intermediate Phase
76% – 100% = Advanced Phase
At the end of the Assessment, we will provide a summary score evaluating your responses, and high-level next steps needed to achieve improved governance with your data models.
