CalMHSA: Clinician Supervisor User Role and Services (My Office) survey

We've had a county express concerns that the Clinician Supervisor user role has access to the Services (My Office) and Service Detail screens. Since we have created an add-on user role for Services (My Office) that can be used to add this functionality to any user, we are considering removing these permissions from the Clinician Supervisor user role.
