Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lanark County - Virtual After School Programming

Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lanark County is preparing to have children participate in virtual after school programming. Please fill out the following survey so that we can move forward with a strategy to best serve the children in Lanark County through group programming during Covid 19. 
1.Would you and your child want to virtually participate in after school, physically based programs (i.e. yoga, karate, power workouts, hip-hop), on a school evening between 4 and 5 p.m. ? If no, please go to #4(Required.)
2.Do you have the necessary device(s) and internet access to enable your child to participate?
3.How many times per week might your child be interested in participating?
4.If no, please let us know why joining our virtual programs are not of interest right now.
