Welcome Partners

Give Advocate Volunteer.

We are looking forward to another great year of Days of Caring projects.  Last year, United Way of Skagit County gathered 18 volunteer groups to work at local non-profits.

United Way of Skagit County links teams of volunteers from our business sector partners with local nonprofits in need of a group of volunteers to help with specific projects. Usually, these are one day projects that are good for the business or community group as it is an exciting and meaningful way to help the community while building teamwork and morale.

Because United Way has strong ties to the local business community we are in a unique situation to help non-profits locate volunteer teams from these businesses and organizations.

If you are not familiar with Days of Caring Projects some examples include:  Comcast at Camp Kirby, US Bank at Habitat for Humanity, or Skagit Bank at Skagit Food Distribution Center.  You can check out the projects we currently have online at Days of Caring page
