The Business of the Year Award is intended to honor that business which best exemplifies the spirit of free enterprise in the Wenatchee Valley. Please provide an example of how the business stands out through risk taking, being innovative, outstanding company culture and strengthening community spirit. The nominee must be a member in good standing with the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce and must have been in business for at least 5 years.

The Non-Profit of the Year Award is intended to honor an organization that exemplifies the following qualities:
  • Sets a high standard for quality, and demonstrates effective strategy, execution and community impact.
  • Accomplish significant results on behalf of the community.
  • Supports and demonstrates the collaborative spirit through creative partnerships with other non-profits, and/or various business and civic organizations.
  • Exemplifies the spirit of volunteerism, altruism, and respect
  • Inspires others by their example
The nominee must be a member in good standing with the Wenatchee Valley Chamber of Commerce, financially sustainable, and shows a strong return on donor investment.

Tourism Impact Award is intended to shine a light on a business or individual in the tourism industry whose service and work stands above the rest in creating a sustainable visitor experience in the Wenatchee Valley. The award winner is passionate about sharing their love for Wenatchee, the heart of Washington to promote sustainable tourism that supports the local economy and enhances the quality of life for the people who live, work, and play here.
