Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) Unfunded Needs Survey

The Joplin Area Transportation Study Organization (JATSO) needs your help developing projects for the FY2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP). JATSO designed this survey to identify areas where roadway, transit, bicycle, or pedestrian upgrades are needed to improve safety for all users. JATSO uses the survey responses to create projects to be included in the TIP and budgeted for construction during the next four years.
