Crafts Council Equal Opportunities Survey (General Recruitment 2023/2024)

Message from the Crafts Council

We are a national organisation. For us to develop programmes that meaningfully connect with the public and understand the needs of a diverse craft sector our own workforce should reflect the diversity of the UK population.

To find out how well we are doing we need to collect monitoring data. This form is voluntary but the information is invaluable for us. It means that we can work towards further diversifying our workforce and board, which is critical in ensuring our continued impact and success.

If you have any observations or comments on the questions and tick-box options then please let me know by emailing us at hr@craftscouncil.org.uk

All responses and answers are completely anonymous and all information submitted is kept entirely separate from your personal information. It will be kept confidential and is not sent to the recruiting panel, it plays no part in the shortlisting process. For more on that – see below.

Thank you in advance for filling this in and supporting our diversity ambitions.

Very best wishes,

HR team, Crafts Council
