Thrive Needs Assessment

* 1. Thrive is a non-profit organization with the vision of building a community in the Triad where adults with special needs can live and work and accomplish more than they could have ever imagined. As a first step, we are in the process of collecting information on the specific needs for a community like Thrive, along with the specific supports and amenities that would be desired. We also intend to better understand the ways in which you think this project can be financed.  Based on your input, along with the input from others responding to this questionnaire, the next step for Thrive will be to engage in a feasibility study to understand the cost of building our community and the projected ongoing annual operation expenses. This will also allow us to develop a strategic plan for implementing our vision in stages over a period of time.
