Peer Support Group Leader Training Application

Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Group Leader! Please fill out this application for our Peer Group Leader Training which will prepare you to lead support groups for metastatic breast cancer patients in the style developed by Metavivor’s predecessor organization, Compass, in 2007. The application, in the form of a survey, will help us better understand your motivation, local situation, and your thoughts and ideas for leading a support group. We will take this into account in our training program. After completing the application, a representative from METAvivor will contact you to discuss the next steps.
