Public Health Institute of Metropolitan Chicago (PHIMC) seeks individuals to participate in the Chicago Department of Public Health’s (CDPH) 2017 Ryan White Part A Quality Management (QM) site visit process as chart reviewers. Reviewers will attend full day Ryan White Part A site visits with CDPH and conduct chart audits for specific Ryan White Part A service categories. PHIMC’s goal is to recruit at least 25 expert chart reviewers for this effort. Please share this announcement with your networks.
