The Council of Medical Specialty Society's Code for Interactions with Companies reflects Medical Specialty Societies' unwavering commitment to responsible, ethical and patient-centric interactions with industry. Since its inception in 2010, the Code has guided Societies' efforts to safeguard the independence of their programs, policies and advocacy positions. We recognize that, as the healthcare marketplace evolves, Medical Specialty Societies' interactions with for-profit entities must also change to continue to meet the needs of medical professionals and their patients.

To that end, we are soliciting comments and ideas to help us ensure that the CMSS Code remains an up-to-date and comprehensive resource for the medical specialty society community and beyond. Please take some time to complete this survey and submit your responses by December 4, 2024. Thank you in advance for your comments.
