The Rockdale County Public School Transition Fair for Student with Disabilities will be held on Saturday, April 14, 2018 from 9:00 am -12:00 pm at Rockdale Career Academy, 1064 Culpepper Drive SW, Conyers, GA 30094.

NAVIGATING LIFE AFTER HIGH SCHOOL

Student with disability, transitioning from high school to adulthood can be difficult. Parent and students with disabilities are encourage to attend the RCPS Transition Fair to learn about resources available to help navigate life after high school.
