TELC is committed to ensuring that all children have access to quality, efficient and effective early learning opportunities. As a 501 c 3 non-profit organization, community partners and sponsorships are essential for the implementation of our mission. We have opportunities to provide scholarships for children and families and for monthly stipends to our early learning network partners to offset their fees for services. Through the generous support of our current partners, we have been able to increase the number of centers that we serve and improved the access to and use of technology at all of our sites.
