The Top Cities for Women in India study, conducted by Avtar, India’s premier Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion solutions firm, seeks to answer this critical question by evaluating cities on their ability to empower women through safety, employment opportunities, and quality of life. Since 2022, this comprehensive survey has been shedding light on which cities are leading the way in gender inclusivity, aiming to drive meaningful change across urban India. By highlighting the best cities for women, we hope to inspire actions that create safer, more inclusive spaces for all.
