For the past several years CLIMB Theatre has been working hard to improve upon the traditional models of our theatre industry in hopes of creating a truly inclusive format that attracts the most diverse array of theatre producers and actors. While there is no "one-size fits all" model, we know that we can create an event that allows for a multitude of needs to be met.

The first step, however is to do an assessment of needs of producers, actors, and all others who call themselves contributors to the field of live performance.
