ISU SEED LAB CUSTOMER CARE SURVEY 2024

1.RECEIVED EMAILS: These emails generated at the end of every business day alert customers to the fact that samples have been received and processed through Customer Care and are headed to the lab.
2.PLANT DATE EMAILS: These emails generated at the end of every business day advise Quality Lab customers that the lab has planted their samples and offers an ETC (estimated completion date).
3.RESULTS/REPORTS EMAILS: These emails are generated intermittently during the business day and include the tests results/reports that have been finalized during that business day.
4.IINVOICE EMAILS: These emails are generated between the 21st and 25th of every month with your current invoices. If you utilized both the Quality and Health labs, two different emails will be received.
