YWCA Auckland Equal Pay Awards 2016

The YWCA Auckland would like to invite you to participate in a short survey, researching the topic of equal pay.

This one page survey will take no more than five minutes to complete, is confidential and anonymous. Only collective data will be used and in no circumstances will individual data be showcased.

This data will be held by the YWCA Auckland to assess the knowledge and understanding of equal pay among the New Zealand Human Resources and business community, and used to support our ongoing work in raising awareness of equal pay.

Not a priority – we have not yet been in a position to table equal pay for consideration

Low priority – addressing equal pay has been a consideration, but no agenda is yet in place

Medium priority – equal pay has been tabled for senior management and/or Board approval

High priority – this is a priority within our organisation and has the backing of senior management and/or our Board
