Thank you for participating in this Online CyberSafety survey. This survey forms part of the Catholic Archdiocese of Sydney's commitment to developing comprehensive resources and educating individuals on issues of safety on the internet. 

This survey has been designed to be completed by children, adults and families within the Archdiocese of Sydney. Some of these questions may not be applicable to you so simply tick the not applicable box.
